1、Use the toy turtle and say: Do you know what’s this? …… Yes. turtle!, Do you like turtle.? Turtle. Turtle .Students read the words after the teacher again and again.
2、 Offer TV to someone then ask :
Is it a hippo ? S1: Yes, it is.
3、 Use TV teach the other words: hippo elephant snail……ect
4、 Let students point to the picture and read the words.
5、 Play a game:touch the words.
6、 Hold up the pictures then ask and answer.
