教学过程：
第一课时
一、          Greetings:
Sing an English song 《Good morning》
二、          Go over:
Have free talk: 学生之间快速问答。
三、          Study the new knowledge :
1.          T: Guoqing ,I went to the zoo ,I saw many lovely animals .You guess what animals they are ?（学生边说，教师边出示有关小动物玩具，边纠正读音学习）,然后板书。
2.          学生起来模仿动物，其他学生根据动作、声音说英语。
3.          Study these animals and help each other (Work in four)
4.          One does action and one says English (work in pairs ) 
5.          Study : This is a …（这是一个…）
(1)   拿出小动物玩具，像小导游一样给别人介绍：This is a panda . This is a tiger .反应快的同学马上可以起来说：This is a monkey ….然后让学生到前面介绍小动物，其他学生边听边纠正。
(2)   指着书下的图片给同桌介绍：This is a …
6.          学习：It’s lovely .
老师拿着小猴子玩具，边抚摸边说：It’s lovely .反应快的同学已经猜到了什么意思，并会模仿。然后学生指着自己认为可爱的动物告诉同桌：It’s lovely .
四、          Strengthen the new knowledge:
1.          Guess animals.
把动物玩具放在大箱子里，让学生根据手摸的感觉猜是什么动物？利用上This is a …
2.          模拟动物园的情景，学生上台表演：学生课扮演成不同动物
T: Let’s go to the zoo .      S: Ok , let’s go !
T: Look ! This is a panda . It’s lovely .  S: This is a monkey. It’s lovely .学生看是自由介绍动物。
五、          Homework :
1.          把自己家里的小动物玩具能用英语介绍给爸爸、妈妈。
2.          听课文前半部分录音，模仿语音语调。

第二课时

一、          Greetings:
   学生唱歌互相问好。
二、          Go over:
1.          Listen to the tape about words .
2.          Practise : This is a …    It’s lovely .
三、          Study the knowledge :
1.          教师拿出一只玩具小猴子，面带疑问的表情问：What’s this ?反应快的同学随即就说This is a monkey . 教师马上接过来说:Yes , it’s a monkey .教师再拿出几个小动物，问:What’s this ? 学生逐渐学会回答：It’s a …然后试着叫学生问:What’s this ?教师回答，师问、生答，生问、师答，练习巩固What’s this ? It’s a …。同桌两人一个模仿一种动物问：What’s this ?另一个同学回答：It’s a dog….然后交换。接着，同桌两人一起做课本29页的练习D .（猜动物）
2.          学习：What’s that ? It’s a …
教师让每个学生随便模仿某种动物，教师八一本书卷气来当作望远镜，做出向远处观望的样子，问：What’s that ?学生顺着教师手指的方向看去，有的学生回答: It’s a tiger .教师接着问量、三个之后，就有学生代替老师问：What’s that ? 教师逐渐退出。然后，同桌两人开始指着远处同学模仿的动物互相问答。
四、          Strengthen the new knowledge :
1.          让学生说所学的重点句子：Let’s go to the zoo . This is a …  It’s lovely . What’s this ? It’s a …  What’s that ? It’s a …
2.          让学生们模仿动物，进行对话表演。
3.          Study a song :《I love animals》
先听录音，熟悉旋律，然后解释歌词，接着教师范唱学生小声地跟唱，最后跟着录音大声唱。
五、          Homework:
1.          Listen to the tape and read this text to your parents .
2.          Sing the song《I love animals
