教学过程：

Step1 Warmer

1.Greeting

2.Sing a song: "Old Macdonald Had A Farm"

Step2.Presentation

T: Well-done! Look at the screen. What's this?

Ss: It's a farm.

T: What can you see on the farm.

Ss: I can see a horse .

T: Great! There is a horse on the farm.(课件出示此句并教授There is a……)

Ss:……

T: Anything else?

Ss: I can see five cows.

T: Good! There are five cows on the farm.(课件出示此句并教授There are ……）

Ｓs:……

Ｔ：What's the differences between these two sentences?(请一学生说说两个句子的不同）

Ss:……

T: There is +单数的可数名词或不可数名词

　There are +可数名词的复数

Now let's do some exercises.（分发练习题）

T: Well-done! Please look at the screen. Now on the farm there is a ……

T: Yes. This is Sally's home. So today we're going to learn Unit8 Home Lesson15（揭示课题并带读）

Sally's home is very beautiful. Do you want to have a look?

Ss: Yes.

T: Ok! Let's look. Oh ,There are many rooms .What's the room?

Ss:（引出并复习）sitting room, bedroom, study, kitchen, dining room, bathroom.

Step3 Teaching and Practice

1.Teach the new words: piano, picture, wall

  教授in, on, near介词的用法和区别．和句型There is a \There are

T:这是一张整体的平面图，让我们再来看看它局部的立体图．

Look at the blackboard. This is Sally's sitting room. What's this?

Ss: It's a door\window.(出示这两个单词并复习）

Ｔ：Look at Sally's sitting room. It's very empty. Don't worry! I have prepared

(出示sofa, TV, table的图片和单词，复习)

And what's this?

Ss：钢琴

T: Yes. It 's a piano.(piano升降调 G by G, spell+个别spell)

S：……

T: And what's this?

Ss：图画，画

T: Yes. It's a picture.(picture 升降调，大小声，one by one, spell+个别spell)

a picture, two……

Ss: pictures, two pictures.

T: Now listen to the VCD and then answer the question: What are the furniture in the sitting room.

(出示in the……并教授)

Ss: TV, piano, table, sofa, picture

T: Now listen to the VCD again.

播放到There is a TV near the window.

Now follow me. (教授near ,near the ……)(near 升降调near the window\door\sofa\table)

Ss:……

T:播放到On the table there are three books.

引出on the……，on the table\desk\wall(引出wall并教授　spell+个别spell)

T: Now listen to the VCD again and I will ask one student to help me to put the furniture in the right position.(请一学生上台根据录音和其他学生跟读的提示将家具放到相应的位置)．

2.Teach the Part2(Look and say)

T: The school is also our home. Now let's learn how to introduce the school. Look, what is this?

Ss: Classroom, blackboard, fan, desk, chair.

T: Please turn to page 72.Let's listen and repeat.

3.Game:火眼金睛

（让学生默读短文十秒后出示图片让学生选择，最后请全班同学一起阅读）
