   请学生在五张词卡中抽取一张，做动作并回答：I’m…

 b．教师板书，学生学说：What are you doing? I am…

 c．Make a phone

学生两人一组，每人在一张纸条上面写一个动词短语的ing形式，如：drawing pictures,然后两人交换纸条，分别将纸条卷起来做道具，根据各自手中纸条上的内容模拟打电话。

（2）教学对话

 a．学生带着问题听录音。问题：What is Chenjie doing?

                              What is Amy doing?

b．学生回答问题后跟读。

c．同桌之间创编对话。

（3）教学Story time

a．学生阅读故事并思考：

   Who’s speaking on the phone?

   What is Zoom/Zip doing?

b．学生回答问题后，教师对生词稍加解释，学生听录音跟读。

c．小组合作表演。

3．巩固和延伸（Consolidation and extension）

（1）做“小双簧”的游戏：学生两人一组，一名学生在前面表演动作，另一名学生藏在他的身后为前面的学生配音，如：I am drawing pictures.

（2）学生完成课堂作业本中的配套练习。

第三课时

一、教学内容与目标

1．教学内容：A. Read and write  Let’s play   C. Pronunciation

2．教学目标

a．能够听、说、读、写句型: This is …. What are you doing? I am ....

b、能用What are you doing? I am…互相通电话，询问对方正在做什么并作答。

c、了解字母组合oo , ou , tr , tw的发音规律及其例词的读音。

二、教学重点、难点

1．重点：What are you doing ? I am….的书写。

2．难点：句子Do you want to go to the Children’s Center ?的理解和朗读，以及字母组合oo, ou, tr, tw的发音规律。

三、课前准备

1．教师准备录音机和录音带。

2．教师准备一面红旗。

3．教师准备一幅画，画的内容为：图片的背景为活动中心的大门和房屋轮廓图，并写有Children’s Center的字样。中心内容为孩子们在儿童活动中心活动的情景，其中有的孩子在唱歌，有的孩子在跳舞，有的在打电子游戏，有的在打乒乓球，有的在画画，有的在弹钢琴。

四、教学步骤

1．热身/复习（Warm-up/ Revision）

（1）活动一：Free talk

教师鼓励学生将所学内容编成对话，进行表演。参考内容如下：

---- Hi, A. What are you doing here?

---- I’m reading a book.

---- What are you reading?

---- A story book.

---- Do you like it?

---- Yes. It’s very interesting.

---- B, and what are you doing?

---- I’m walking.

（2）Sing a song: What are you doing?

（3）教师让学生打开书第47页，学生齐读Let’s talk部分的语句。

两人一组分角色朗读对话。

教师找学生扮演对话中的人物，请5—6组同学表演。

2．呈现/操练（Presentation/Practice）

（1）T: What is Chen Jie doing?   Ss: She is drawing pictures.

T: What is Amy doing?      Ss: She is reading a book.

…

a．（教师出示准备好的画）T: What is she/he doing?

Ss: He/She’s singing/dancing/playing ping-pong/drawing pictures/playing the piano. 

学生4—5人一组，用 “What is she/he doing? He/She ’s….” 表述图上的内容。

b．T: Do you know where it is? Where are the children?

引出“Children’s Center”，教师带读“Children’s Center”。

c．T: Do you want to go to the Children’s Center? 本句较长，教师分段带读，突破难点。

（2）读读写写

a．T: Now, Zhang Peng calls John.（教师此时做打电话的动作） What are they talking about? Listen.

教师播放Read and write 的录音，学生回答问题：What is John/Zhang Peng doing?

Ss: John’s doing the dishes. Zhang Peng is talking.

再次播放，学生跟读。

b．教师出示本部分的挂图，对This is Zhang Peng 的用法作必要解释。告诉学生打电话时若想告诉对方自己是谁，应说：This is / It’s …. 教师对其它重难点句子做必要解释，如：I am talking to you. Do you want to go to the Children’s Center?

c．鼓励学生看书上的图案，试读对话。

d．完成教材中第48页 Answer the questions的活动。

（3）学发音

a．教师出示单词：cool, goose, school, boots, 让学生边听边读，试着找出oo 组合的发音规律。然后教师出示字母组合ou 和单词 soup, group, coup，对比ou 和oo组合发音的不同，找出规律。

b．教师播放该部分录音，学生跟读。然后请几名学生试着朗读绕口令。

c．用类似方法教学tr, tw的发音规律。

d．教师播放整段录音，学生整体跟读、体会oo,ou, tr, tw组合在句子中的发音。

（4）书写练习

教师指导学生在练习本上书写四会的句子，看谁写的又快又好。
